Avevamo preso accordi sin dalla metà di giugno, ed avevamo richiesto di avere un contratto regolare per svolgere le pulizie settimanali presso la ns. struttura di Casa Vacanze. Nonostante i ns. inviti a venire da noi per il contratto, l’interlocutrice dell’impresa di pulizia ci garantiva via W. App che non vi sarebbero stati problemi. A quel punto abbiamo risposto dando un calendario degli interventi da effettuare invitandola a confermare le date da noi richieste. Il 27 luglio ci ha annullato l’intervento del 31 luglio già concordato in precedenza. Da parte nostra siamo stati disponibili a sostituirlo con il giorno 30. Il 28 luglio abbiamo rinviato le date concordate pregando di confermare per ns. sicurezza, ma mai confermate.
Il 30 luglio sono arrivate puntuali tre donne a bordo di una utilitaria privata, senza insegne della Impresa di Pulizia, senza osservare le disposizioni Covid-19, senza guanti e senza mascherine. Abbiamo chiamato l’interlocutrice per chiedere spiegazioni sia perché sono arrivate tre donne invece di due concordato e perché non osservavano le disposizioni Regionali Covid-19. Dopo dieci minuti le tre donne uscivano dall’appartamento messo a soqquadro per la pulizia e andavano via dicendo che la proprietaria dell’impresa aveva ordinato loro di abbandonare il lavoro appena iniziato procurandoci un grave danno materiale e morale impedendoci l’arrivo dei ns. clienti.

After ten minutes, the three women left the apartment that had been turned upside down for cleaning and went away saying that the owner of the company had ordered them to abandon the work that had just started, causing us serious material and moral damage, preventing us from the arrival of our. clients.
