★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza pessima. Da evitare. Hanno creato un sacco di problemi, dei quali non si sono assunti le responsabilità. Prima hanno manomesso un termostato, poi hanno montato i sanitari in modo difettoso. Per quanto riguarda l'aspetto economico, sono molto cari; esigono i compensi in tempi strettissimi e, dopo aver pagato (l'insistenza ad avere tutto e subito è stata notevole, nonostante io fossi sempre puntuale nei pagamenti), quando sorgono delle difficoltà e si necessita di un ulteriore intervento, ovviamente non si degnano di uscire... tanti saluti!
Bad experience. To avoid. They have created a lot of problems, for which no responsibilities have been assumed. First they tampered with a thermostat, then they installed the sanitary ware in a defective way. As for the economic aspect, they are very expensive; they demand compensation in very short times and, after paying (the insistence on having everything at once was remarkable, although I was always punctual in payments), when difficulties arise and further intervention is needed, obviously they do not deign to get out ... many greetings!
