Lavori iniziati a novembre 2018 ad oggi 23 settembre 2019 siamo forse a metà Dell'opera. Il titolare spesso irreperibile adduce ad una miriade di scuse e presunti problemi per guadagnare tempo ed evitare di andare avanti con il lavoro ed io e la mia famiglia con 3 bambini ci troviamo fuori casa da quasi un anno!!! La qualità del lavoro è scadente e l'organizzazione dello stesso è anche peggio... QUELLO CHE È ANCORA PEGGIO È CHE NON SO AD OGGI SE SARÀ IN GRADO DI TERMINARE I LAVORI DOPO AVER INCASSATO LA QUASI TOTALITÀ DELL'IMPORTO.Non lasciatevi ingannare dal prezzo basso che fanno questi presunti artigiani. 1 stella perché non è possibile darne 0...VERGOGNOSO!!!! The quality of the work is poor and the organization of the same is even worse ... WHAT IS STILL WORSE IS THAT I DON'T KNOW TODAY IF IT WILL BE ABLE TO END THE WORKS AFTER RECEIVING THE ALMOST TOTALITY OF THE AMOUNT. Do not be fooled from the low price that these alleged artisans make. 1 star because it is not possible to give 0 ... SHAME !!!!
A	Annamaria Irmici on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza totalmente negativa,1 stella = 0. La ditta SV Costruzioni srl di Bolzano è stata delegata nel maggio 2017 a risanare il balcone per infiltrazioni. Il lavoro è stato iniziato con notevole ritardo rispetto alle date concordate e una volta installato il ponteggio per accedere al balcone si è lasciato lo stesso inutilizzato per alcune settimane causando disagi e reclami da parte di tutti i condomini. Eseguito il lavoro in modo posticcio e approssimativo, dopo 6 mesi si sono ripresentate le stesse problematiche tanto da dover chiedere l'intervento di un perito che ha constatato difetti nella realizzazione del lavoro. Nonostante i fermi inviti a porvi rimedio, il proprietario della ditta si è preso gioco di noi e del perito, facendoci credere di intervenire a breve ma nei fatti si è reso irreperibile adducendo una miriade di scuse e facendoci perdere tempo e denaro. Dopo mesi di tira e molla ha iniziato il lavoro in modo approssimativo, per poi sparire lasciando la parte interna del balcone in prossimità degli scarichi senza le piastrelle che non sono state più reintegrate. Siamo giunti a dicembre 2018 e nulla è cambiato, tanto che ho dovuto affidare il lavoro a una ditta seria a mie spese che si sommano a quelle già affrontate un anno fa. Carried out the work in a false and approximate way, after 6 months the same problems recurred so much that we had to ask for the intervention of an expert who found defects in the realization of the work. Despite the firm calls for a remedy, the owner of the company made fun of us and the expert, making us believe that he would intervene shortly but in fact he was unavailable by citing a myriad of excuses and making us waste time and money. After months of back and forth, the work began roughly, and then disappeared leaving the inside of the balcony near the drains without the tiles that have never been reintegrated. We arrived in December 2018 and nothing has changed, so much so that I had to entrust the work to a serious company at my expense which are added to those already faced a year ago.
