Per ottenere uno straccio di nota informativa o le dovute ricevute, dopo molte insistenze, ho dovuto minacciare di rivolgermi alla finanza. In un momento così triste non posso che consigliare di rivolgersi altrove. Una stella è troppo.
 PESSIMI: no respect or consideration for the wishes of the relatives of the deceased. WRONG: they ask for money by phone or What's Up. To obtain a shred of information note or the due receipts, after much insistence, I had to threaten to turn to finance. In such a sad moment I can only advise to look elsewhere. A star is too much.

L’impresa Castiglioni ci è stata segnalata da amici di famiglia che già, in più occasioni, hanno usufruito dei loro servizi.
Mirko, in particolare, ci ha accompagnati con estrema professionalità in ogni fase di un momento doloroso, durante il quale spesso non si ha il massimo della lucidità nel prendere decisioni su aspetti pratici che il più delle volte non si conoscono.
Mirko ha anticipato i nostri bisogni, con presenza costante ma estremo tatto e discrezione.
Ha gestito dall’allestimento della camera ardente (calda ed elegante ) alla vestizione, dalla scelta dei fiori al necrologio, dalla cremazione al trasporto dell’urna al cimitero; abbiamo inoltre avuto supporto nelle pratiche in Comune, nel contatto con il parroco, nella postproduzione del ritratto da apporre sulla lapide provvisoria e in molto altro.
Non c’è dettaglio che non sia stato perfetto e gestito con cura ma velocità; questo ha permesso a noi di poter vivere aspetti più intimi e personali con la tranquillità di avere un supporto pratico efficiente.
È molto raro trovare professionisti così validi, in qualunque settore.

Mirko, in particular, has accompanied us with extreme professionalism in every phase of a painful moment, during which we often do not have the maximum lucidity in making decisions on practical aspects that most of the time are not known.
Mirko anticipated our needs, with constant presence but extreme tact and discretion.
He managed from the preparation of the ardent chamber (warm and elegant) to the dressing, from the choice of flowers to the obituary, from the cremation to the transport of the urn to the cemetery; we also had support in the practices in the Municipality, in contact with the parish priest, in the post-production of the portrait to be affixed to the temporary tombstone and in much more.
There is no detail that has not been perfect and managed with care but speed; this has allowed us to be able to experience more intimate and personal aspects with the tranquility of having an efficient practical support.
It is very rare to find such good professionals in any sector.
Impeccable and absolutely recommended.
