Grazie a voi per questa vostra intuizione ed iniziativa, impegnandomi entro breve di poter partecipare di più alle vs numerose e stimolanti iniziative, sia di persona che attraverso i vs media che mettete a disposizione ... G	Gian Luca Zarrelli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Qualche mese fa, usando Facebook, "inciampo" in un post di "Imprenditore Condominiale" ed attratto dal suo contenuto mi dirigo subito sulla pagina con il chiaro intento di valutarne la credibilità. Scorro i vari post, attivo alcuni link, scarico ed ascolto i podcast e la mia naturale diffidenza si lascia sopraffare da un vivo interesse. Finalmente qualcuno che attraverso un linguaggio diretto e chiaro squarcia il velo di questa grigia ed anche vessata occupazione proponendone una nuova e più contemporanea versione! Mi abbono anche al magazine, che mi arriva puntuale a studio, e da quel momento ho raccolto spunti e suggestioni che mi hanno suggerito una diversa visione della mia attività come mai finora era accaduto. Nel nostro settore infatti, forse più che in altri, siamo tutti impegnati in una concorrenza a volte sleale ed al massimo ribasso dove non è prevista la circolazione di informazioni utili, la cosiddetta "dritta", che potrebbe favorire il nostro competitor. Avere quindi un soggetto il cui intento è quello di favorire la crescita della nostra attività e del nostro settore veicolando conoscenze e favorendo lo scambio di informazioni utili è un vero "fenomeno" unico. Fra chi svolge una professione o un'attività non manca infatti la volontà imprenditoriale, mancano la cultura e la formazione imprenditoriali. I Fondatori sono bravi, sono capaci, sono competenti, sono…. "UTILI". Having a subject whose intent is to promote the growth of our business and our sector by conveying knowledge and favoring the exchange of useful information is a truly unique "phenomenon". Salgo adesso sul treno per tornare a casa e sono carico a 1000...... tre giorni intensi di emozioni..... argomenti interessanti e relatori top hanno tenuto alta l'attenzione.... incontri e momenti di scambio di opinioni con colleghi che hanno la stessa visione per gestire il condominio é stato una perla ed ho avuta la fortuna di conoscere tante persone interessanti e piacevoli.... Da domani pianificheró come lavorare sui miei punti deboli e mettere in pratica tutto quello che abbiamo avuto la fortuna di apprendere!!!!! W IMPRENDITORE CONDOMINIALE !! Da lunedì ne ho già 2/3 che inizio subito a mettere in pratica.... grazie a Konstantin e David. Grazie a David e Constantin in meno di 1 mese sto rivoluzionando lo studio. ?? Domani dei 47 consigli ne ho già preparate 7/8 che applico subito. The PIU'CONDOMINI course is the best course I have ever attended. Many concepts and all important. From Monday I already have 2/3 that I immediately start putting into practice .... thanks to Konstantin and David.
