A partire dalla reception dove mi hanno sempre aiutato con la burocrazia delle assicurazioni e con le carte per il datore di lavoro (anche quando le ho perso o dimenticato di prenderle).
Il dentista è sempre stato gentile cordiale e delicato durante le varie lavorazioni. Non ci sono mai stati problemi quando chiedevo di ricontrollare un dente per regolare al millimetro le altezze anzi, era sempre lui a chiedermi se era tutto ok.
E le assistenti alla poltrona sono sempre state impeccabili anche loro.
Questa è stata la mia personale esperienza.
Personally I have always felt good.
Starting from the reception where they always helped me with the insurance bureaucracy and with the cards for the employer (even when I lost them or forgot to take them).
The dentist has always been kind, friendly and delicate during the various operations. There have never been problems when I asked to double-check a tooth to adjust the heights to the millimeter, on the contrary, it was always he who asked me if everything was ok.
And the chair assistants have always been flawless too.
This has been my personal experience.

My experience was horrible. I went to fix a crown on a tooth, and after a day it fell out. Don't be like me, that is, don't ignore the reviews. Zero professionalism.

Mai fatta una pulizia così dolorosa

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L’esperienza che ho avuto presso questa struttura, a parte la gentilezza e disponibilità della signorina Stefania, è stata a dir poco pessima, sotto tutti i punti di vista: dalla professionalità (totalmente assente), e dal lato pratico, così come la mancata competenza nello svolgere le diverse operazioni odontotecniche che mi hanno causato non pochi problemi. Assolutamente sconsigliato.
The experience I had at this facility, apart from the kindness and helpfulness of Miss Stefania, was nothing short of bad, from all points of view: from the professionalism (totally absent), and from the practical side, as well as the lack of competence in carrying out the various dental operations that have caused me many problems. Absolutely not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff di altissima professionalità, erano 20 anni che giravo dentisti e cliniche spendendo soldi senza mai risolvere il mio problema, mi sono rivolta allo staff di impladent tramite consiglio di una mia amica, inizialmente non avrei mai pensato a una soluzione definitiva ormai rassegnata dai flop passati ma fin da subito mi sono trovata accolta e rassicurata da tutti. La cosa che mi ha colpito di più è la spiegazione limpida di tutto ciò inerente al mio trattamento e le rassicurazioni ( impianti su 2 arcate). Ad oggi mi guardo allo specchio e non credo ancora sia vero,è la prima volta che mi riconosco dopo tanto tempo . Grazie di cuore a tutti ❤❤❤
Staff of the highest professionalism, for 20 years I had been touring dentists and clinics spending money without ever solving my problem, I turned to the impladent staff through the advice of a friend of mine, initially I would never have thought of a definitive solution now resigned from past flops but immediately I found myself welcomed and reassured by everyone. The thing that struck me most is the clear explanation of everything inherent in my treatment and the reassurance (implants on 2 arches). To date I look in the mirror and I still don't think it's true, it's the first time I've recognized myself in a long time. Heartfelt thanks to everyone ❤❤❤
