Nulla da ridire sull educazione e la cordialità del personale ma dopo tantissime chiamate, a nessuno è venuto in mente di aprire la caldaia e controllare le sonde per risolvere definitivamente il problema. Mi sono sentito dire È LA SCHEDA MADRE, DEVE SOSTITUIRE LA CALDAIA. alla fine chiamo un tecnico di un altra ditta che apre la caldaia, tester alla mano e controlla tutto l impianto. A lui è venuta l idea che potesse essere la sonda del riscaldamento e come per magia problema risolto. Certo è che ho dovuto pagarlo sul momento. A sto punto che senso ha pagare un assistenza mensilmente in bolletta, se poi alla fine si deve sempre chiamare una ditta che vuole essere pagata sul momento? I heard it IS THE MOTHERBOARD, IT MUST REPLACE THE BOILER. at the end I call a technician from another company who opens the boiler, tester in hand and checks the whole system. He came up with the idea that it could be the heating probe and magically solved the problem. What is certain is that I had to pay it on the spot. At this point, what sense does it make to pay a monthly assistance in the bill, if in the end you always have to call a company that wants to be paid on the spot?
