★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avrebbero dovuto passare ad installare sky, il loro tecnico passa ed asserisce che non c'è segnale asserendo che nella presa non c'era il cavo...passa l'elettricista e mi spiega che ormai gli impianti hanno un solo cavo per digitale terrestre e satellite, infatti il mio decoder riceve tutto...provo per 2 giorni a contattarli per organizzare un altro appuntamento per il 20 luglio alle 14.30, alle 15.50 riesco a parlare con loro per sapere che si sono sbagliati ed hanno inserito il mio appuntamento erroneamente al giorno 25...competenza ed organizzazione, dove siete?
They should have gone to install sky, their technician passes by and asserts that there is no signal stating that there was no cable in the socket ... the electrician passes and explains to me that now the systems have only one cable for digital terrestrial and satellite, in fact my decoder receives everything ... I try for 2 days to contact them to organize another appointment for July 20 at 2.30 pm, at 3.50 pm I can talk to them to know that they are wrong and have entered my appointment incorrectly on day 25 ... competence and organization, where are you?

Chiamati attraverso il servizio "Sky Expert", il "tecnico" è venuto a casa e in 10 minuti ha dedotto che si trattava di un problema della parabola condominiale (praticamente nuova) e non di Sky, consigliandomi di rivolgermi ad un antennista. Costo dell'intervento 70€ per una diagnosi completamente errata che mi ha fatto spendere altri soldi per chiamare un antennista (serio e preparato) che dapprima si è stupito per l'incompetenza e subito dopo, in 10 minuti, ha risolto il problema (che non era della parabola condominiale ma di Sky) facendomi pagare. 70€ buttati. ASSOLUTAMENTE DA EVITARE!! Dovrebbe cambiare il nome in "Elettrosicuramente non risolvo il tuo problema!"
I give 1 star because there is no possibility of giving zero. Called through the "Sky Expert" service, the "technician" came home and in 10 minutes he deduced that it was a problem of the condominium parabola (practically new) and not of Sky, advising me to address an antenna installer. Cost of the intervention 70 € for a completely wrong diagnosis that made me spend more money to call an antenna worker (serious and prepared) who at first was amazed by the incompetence and immediately after, in 10 minutes, solved the problem (which it was not of the condominium parable but of Sky) making me pay. € 70 thrown away. ABSOLUTELY AVOIDED !! It should change the name to "I sure don't solve your problem!"

In seguito ho anche installato l’impianto d’allarme con loro..tutto perfetto! Sicuramente mi affiderò di nuovo a questa ditta! La consiglio al 100%!!
Excellent company !! I renovated my house with them .. the latest generation system and attentive to my every request! Timely and honest estimates. Later I also installed the alarm system with them..all perfect! Surely I will entrust myself to this company again! 100% advice !!
