C	Cristina Franzoni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il personale del centro è giovane ed inesperto al massimo,così anche le massaggiatrici che non hanno la forza per fare un massaggio adeguato, il centro benessere è bello ma le sdraio non erano sufficienti per tutte le persone che hanno fatto entrare di conseguenza è risultato caotico e per nulla rilassante. Sicuramente non ci torneremo più. The staff of the center is young and inexperienced to the fullest, so also the masseuses who do not have the strength to make an adequate massage, the spa is nice but the deckchairs were not enough for all the people who let in as a result it was chaotic and not at all relaxing. We will certainly not be returning.

Ottimi pacchetti sopratutto per il venerdì che restano aperti fino a mezzanotte. Complimenti anche alle massaggiatrici. Molto comoda anche la location, due minuti dall'uscita dell'autostrada. Provatelo. Very nice spa, efficient, friendly and proactive staff. Well-kept premises and all very private. Excellent packages especially for Friday which remain open until midnight. Congratulations also to the masseuses. The location is also very convenient, two minutes from the highway exit. Try it.

Da NON ripetere..pomeriggio terribile. troppa gente, attesa infinita per qualsiasi cosa, frutta fresca vuole dire 1 mela , tisana aspettare ore prima che venga rimessa. 6 sdraio nella zona relax sempre occupate da asciugamano. Personale che parla a voce alta nella SPA. Abbandonata al massaggio per mezz'ora ( reale di orologio). Disorganizzati per la consegna degli asciugamani e accappatoi. Nel bagno delle donne c'è solo 1 presa per il phone. All'entrata ci hanno fatto cambiare in una stanzetta in piedi. E mi fermo qua ma potrei continuare. In my experience NOT a place where you can relax. The staff is insufficient and NOT prepared. Terrible experience! !! Not to be repeated.. terrible afternoon. too many people, endless waiting for anything, fresh fruit means 1 apple, herbal tea wait hours before it is put back. 6 deckchairs in the relaxation area always occupied by a towel. Staff speaking loudly in the SPA. Abandoned to massage for half an hour (real clock). Disorganized for the delivery of towels and bathrobes. In the women's bathroom there is only 1 phone socket. At the entrance they made us change to a small standing room. And I will stop here but I could continue.

Se mi avessero avvertito prima, come avrebbero dovuto, non sarei entrato anche perché ci ero andato soprattutto per quello. In sostanza ho pagato 35 euro per fare un bagno turco e stare 1 ora e mezza sdraiato su un lettino. A disposizione dei clienti c'erano delle mele e dell'acqua. Il the era finito ma in 1 ora e mezza nessuno se n'è accorto e ne ha portato dell'altro.. rapporto qualità prezzo pessimo. I was in this SPA last Saturday. Only after entering did I discover that the hot tub was not working. If they had warned me before, as they should have, I would not have entered because I had gone there mainly because of that. Basically I paid 35 euros to take a Turkish bath and spend 1 hour and a half lying on a bed. There were apples and water available to customers. The tea was finished but in 1 hour and a half nobody noticed it and brought more ... bad value for money.

Il coupon comprendeva la tagliata di frutta ma in realtà abbiamo trovato delle mele da affettare o mangiare a morsi. Non erano sufficienti le chiavi degli armadietti x le ragazze (che tra l'altro sono a pagamento), perciò ci hanno fatto cambiare in una cabina x massaggi dove abbiamo potuto lasciare gli zaini e successivamente fare la doccia. Nello spogliatoio ci sono solo 2 prese x il phon (di cui una dietro un armadietto)... x fortuna eravamo rimaste solo in due, quindi l'attesa è stata breve... The spa is nice and clean, but there are some services to be improved. The coupon included the sliced fruit but we actually found apples to slice or bite. The keys to the lockers for the girls were not enough (which by the way are paid), so they made us change to a massage cabin where we could leave the backpacks and then take a shower. In the locker room there are only 2 sockets for the hairdryer (one behind a locker) ... luckily there were only two of us left, so the wait was short ...
