Mi ero recata presso questo punto vendita per acquistare un vestito per una serata di gala, il suddetto vestito non era disponibile nella mia taglia, alché ho chiesto di ordinarmelo con ritiro presso il loro punto vendita. La commessa mi ha avvisato del fatto che forse il vestito non sarebbe arrivato in tempo e che avrei potuto ordinarlo io in autonomia sul loro sito. Conscia di questo, ho richiesto comunque di ordinarlo con ritiro in negozio perché preferivo cosi è perché era un vestito che avrei voluto comunque. Adesso è mai possibile che dai primi di dicembre ad OGGI 11 FEBBRAIO 2020 io non abbia saputo niente del vestito? Ho chiamato più volte e sono sempre stata liquidata velocemente. Se questa è professionalità io veramente non lo so I give one star because unfortunately I can't give less. I had gone to this store to buy a dress for a gala evening, the aforementioned dress was not available in my size, so I asked to order it with pick-up at their store. The saleswoman informed me that perhaps the dress would not arrive on time and that I could have ordered it myself on their website. Aware of this, I still asked to order it with pickup in the store because I preferred it that way and because it was a dress I would have liked anyway. Now is it ever possible that from the beginning of December to TODAY 11 FEBRUARY 2020 I didn't know anything about the dress? I called several times and was always quickly liquidated. If this is professionalism, I really don't know
