Confermo la gentilezza e la disponibilità da parte dell'agente immobiliare ma devo anche dire che il servizio è stato molto scadente e non è colpa del covid ma di non saper gestire le situazioni. Mi era stato detto che le utenze in casa erano presenti e c'era da fare solo la voltura ma al mio arrivo ho la sorpresa di non avere ne luce ne gas ne ovviamente acqua calda e i rubinetti otturati. Alla visita dell'appartamento viste le condizioni della casa mi era stato detto che i proprietari potevano prendere in considerazione di imbiancare in base alla proposta e invece manco per idea nonostante non avessero tolto mezzo centesimo dalle loro condizioni. Oltre a questo mi era stato detto che avrei potuto cambiare la camera da letto lasciando o la mia o rimettendo quella dei proprietari e anche qui scopro che non si può fare ma sempre una volta entrata. Alla domanda : cosa sono servite le spese intermediarie ho avuto come risposta che l'agenzia paga la pubblicità... bene ma il servizio è stato pessimo. I was told that the utilities in the house were present and there was only the transfer but to my arrival I was surprised to have neither light nor gas nor obviously hot water and the taps blocked. Upon visiting the apartment, given the conditions of the house, I had been told that the owners could consider whitewashing on the basis of the proposal and instead I am missing an idea despite not having removed half a cent from their conditions. In addition to this, I was told that I could change the bedroom by leaving either mine or putting the owners' one back in, and here too I find that it cannot be done but always once I enter. To the question: what are the intermediary expenses served? I had the answer that the agency pays the advertising ... well but the service was bad.
