★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Herr Bauer hat uns bei der Neuvermietung einer Wohnung zur Seite gestanden. Sein feines Gespür für die Besonderheiten der Immobilie hat uns von Anfang an ein gutes Gefühl vermittelt. Der gesamte Ablauf vom Erstgespräch über die Erstellung des Exposes bis hin zum Vertragsabschluss mit den neuen Mietern war absolut professionell. Vermutlich gibt es unkompliziertere Kunden als uns. Trotzdem war Herr Bauer immer bemüht, alle Wünsche zu erfüllen – und dabei war der Kontakt mit ihm sehr sympathisch. Dass hier Beruf mehr ist als eine reine Pflichtübung, bleibt dem Kunden nicht verborgen. Wir bedanken uns und können Herrn Bauer nur wärmstens empfehlen.
Mr. Bauer assisted us with the new letting of an apartment. His fine feeling for the special features of the property made us feel good right from the start. The entire process, from the initial interview to the preparation of the synopsis to the conclusion of the contract with the new tenants, was absolutely professional. There are probably more uncomplicated customers than we do. Nevertheless, Mr. Bauer always tried to fulfill all wishes - and the contact with him was very personable. The fact that work here is more than just a compulsory exercise is not hidden from the customer. We thank you and can only warmly recommend Mr. Bauer.
