★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Complimenti avete reso l'idea del vostro comportamento, io non avevo specificato il motivo della mia stella ma voi avete così spiegato bene anche al vostro locatore come si fa' a servire bene il cliente sia da parte del locatore che da quello del conduttore. Bravi....e comunque se vogliamo dirla tutta non avete risposto alle prime mail che vi ho scritto quando ancora non avevate fatto vedere l'appartamento in quanto appena pubblicato. Ho dovuto chiamare diverse volte per farmi rispondere, e dopo due settimane sono riuscita a parlare con qualcuno. Ecco perché ho offerto di più, ma non a voi, ma al locatore, quindi non può essere preso come una mancetta ma come una valutazione superiore alla vostra.
Ora spero solo che la vostra risposta alla mia non specificata recensione sia letta anche dal proprietario.

Well done .... and in any case if we want to be honest you have not responded to the first emails I wrote to you when you had not yet shown the apartment as it has just been published. I had to call several times to get an answer, and after two weeks I was able to talk to someone. That's why I offered more, but not to you, but to the landlord, so it can't be taken as a fault but as a higher valuation than yours.
Now I just hope your response to my unspecified review is also read by the owner.
