La scelta però non è risultata felice al punto che, al momento del rogito, ci siamo accorti che mancava un documento importante (classe energetica aggiornata), di cui l'agente non mi aveva minimamente informato. Per produrre questo documento (2 ore di lavoro), costatomi tra l'altro 300 euro, mi sono dovuto rivolgere ad un geometra indicato direttamente da lui. Non voglio andare oltre perché dovrei citare anche le spese sostenute per una serie di commissioni.

However, the choice was not happy to the point that, at the time of the deed, we realized that an important document was missing (updated energy class), of which the agent had not informed me at all. To produce this document (2 hours of work), which cost me € 300, I had to turn to a surveyor indicated directly by him. I don't want to go any further because I should also mention the expenses incurred for a series of commissions.
