Lì si vedono le novità, ci sono tour delle case, così puoi renderti conto subito degli ambienti e soprattutto ci sono loro...simpatiche, frizzanti e contente di fare questo lavoro. After 4 dispiriting years of trying to sell our home in Tuscany, using older, seemingly disinterested agents, her modern and very energetic approach was a revelation. Three viewings, three offers, and a sale at full asking price after just 8 days, speaks for itself. The total transaction, from first meeting to handing keys over to the new owner, took just ten weeks, four of which were the August holiday shutdown! Sylvia handled all of the legal process directly with the Notary, saving us thousands of Euros of solicitors advisory fees in the process. If it had not happened to us, I would have said it was impossible. Sylvia also offers service for home seekers. Brief her about what sort of home you are looking and, for a fee at completion, she will keep a search going in the area around Florence for a home that suits your needs.
