SERIOUS EQUAL TO ZERO. LITERALLY INAPIDABLE AND FOR NO PROFESSIONALS. I offered the full amount that was required for an apartment that interested me. Conclusion price had been decided by the agency and not by the owner (the owner asked 30000 € more)
