★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Giudizio molto negativo. Ho perso inutilmente tempo ed ho sostenuto costi (dato che non vivo a Riccione) per visitare un immobile da loro trattato. Non avevano fatto alcun tipo di verifica sui documenti dell'immobile in vendita ed al momento dell'offerta sono saltate fuori magagne di ogni genere. Attenzione! Non solo il proprietario dell'immobile (sito in via Petrarca) è una persona molto scorretta, che ha cercato di nascondere le irregolarità esistenti accampando scuse di ogni tipo, ma gli agenti (fatta eccezione forse per uno di loro) si sono dimostrati di una superficialità imbarazzante.
Very negative rating. I unnecessarily wasted time and incurred costs (since I don't live in Riccione) to visit a property they deal with. They had not carried out any type of verification on the documents of the property for sale and at the time of the offer all kinds of flaws came up. Warning! Not only is the owner of the property (located in via Petrarca) a very unfair person, who has tried to hide the existing irregularities by making excuses of all kinds, but the agents (except perhaps for one of them) have proved to be a embarrassing superficiality.
