★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'agente si è presentato all'appuntamento senza mascherina, lamentandosi del fatto che non gli porgevo la mano per salutarlo e che avremmo dovuto stare distanziati. Alla mia richiesta di mettersi la mascherina per fare la visita (obbligatorio per legge) mi ha deriso. La visita è finita prima ancora di cominciare.
The agent showed up for the appointment without a mask, complaining that I didn't hold out my hand to say hello and that we should have stayed apart. At my request to put on a mask for the visit (required by law) he laughed at me. The visit ended before it even started.
