M	Marco Cusano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trasferiti a Montagnana (PD) per motivi di studio e lavorativi, ci siamo affidati all'Agenzia Immobiliare Oliviero per l'affitto di un appartamento. Un'esperienza abbastanza fastidiosa, per la poca professionalità e la maleducazione da parte dell'Agenzia. - Tempistiche eccessivamente elevate, nell'ottenere le documentazioni necessarie, sia dall'ingresso che al rilascio dell'immobile. Tempistiche naturalmente gravate dal fatto che non si ha alcun contatto con i proprietari degli appartamenti affittati; - Dopo poco più di un anno di affitto non siamo mai neanche riusciti a conoscere la proprietaria dell'immobile; - infastiditi dalla mancanza di rispetto da parte dello stesso Signor. Guido Oliviero al rilascio dell'immobile: "Un minimo di pulizie potevate farle"; fotografando macchie di vernice rosa, su un appartamento di colore bianco (totalmente senza senso). Ancora più spassose le foto di un pacchetto di salviette umidificate in un cassetto... Purtroppo un'esperienza al quanto negativa, che, con il senno di poi, non ripeterei, con spese e costi bassi tanto quanto il servizio offerto. Recensione naturalmente soggettiva, basata semplicemente sull'esperienza avuta.
