Y	Ylenia Moreo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mai più ci siamo imbattuti in questa agenzia ma non lo faremo mai più.Avevamo visto una volta sola un alloggio per il quale avevamo mostrato molto interesse dovevamo rivederlo una volta di giorno,,e poi avremmo fatto la proposta ma ci chiamano il giorno prima o meglio chiamiamo noi per dirci che l alloggio è in trattativa,Siamo rimasti molto male perché oltre noi ci era stato detto che c era un altra famiglia che aveva visionato l alloggio e che non era andata in porto la loro proposta,per cui ripeto e ribadisco che c eravamo solo noi in lista per quell alloggio.Trovo scorretto che quest agenzia non abbia detto le cose in modo chiaro e soprattutto sempre su mie chiamate perché mi ero interfacciata più volte con l agenzia mi era stato confermato l appuntamento per visionarlo.Una domanda ?se non avessi chiamato io nemmeno si sarebbero degnati di farmelo sapere che l alloggio era in trattativa.Il tutto e accaduto in una settimana.Agenzia poco seria e non su trattano i clienti così. We never came across this agency again but we will never do it again.We had seen only once an accommodation in which we had shown a lot of interest we had to see it again once a day, and then we would have made the proposal but they call us the day before or we better call us to tell us that the accommodation is under negotiation, We were very upset because besides us we were told that there was another family who had viewed the accommodation and that their proposal had not gone through, so I repeat and repeat that there were only us on the list for that accommodation. I find it incorrect that this agency did not say things clearly and above all always on my calls because I had interfaced several times with the agency I had been confirmed the appointment to view it. ? if I hadn't called, they wouldn't even have deigned to let me know that the accommodation was under negotiation. It all happened in a week. The agency is not serious and does not treat customers like that.

Premetto che abbiamo avuta una precedente esperienza pessima con un'altra agenzia e quindi partivamo molto prevenuti, ma ci siamo dovuti ricredere perché il team Leonida é stato molto competente,gentile,disponibile,presente ma non invadente e veloce. Quindi 5 stelle super meritate! Grazie Andrea e Roberta We bought a house for a couple of months through Leonida real estate, the negotiation was followed by Mr. Fabrizio. I state that we had a previous bad experience with another agency and therefore we left very biased, but we had to change our minds because the Leonida team was very competent, kind, helpful, present but not intrusive and fast.
