★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza pessima e deludente, il solito intermediario carino e gentile fino a che non si è parlato di soldi e di restituzione della caparra, quando è emersa tutta la sua viscidaggine: danni alla casa inventati per fare la cresta, diversi tentativi di spacciare bollette più alte di quelle reali, addebiti di costi di manutenzione non spettanti ai conduttori, ricevute di questi fantomatici lavori mai recapitate. Purtroppo questo è il mondo degli affitti, in cui tanti giovani hanno poche armi a disposizione per difendere i propri diritti e far valere le proprie ragioni e tanti intermediari e proprietari senza pietà se ne approfittano facendo leva sui bisogni di chi cerca onestamente un alloggio; questa esperienza non fa eccezione, e ciò che sconvolge di più è che tutto ciò sia avvenuto in un periodo socio-economico difficilissimo come quello che stiamo vivendo. Roba da vergognarsi!

Unfortunately this is the world of rents, where many young people have few weapons available to defend their rights and assert their reasons and many intermediaries and owners mercilessly take advantage of it by leveraging the needs of those who honestly seek accommodation; this experience is no exception, and what is most upsetting is that all this took place in a very difficult socio-economic period like the one we are experiencing. Stuff to be ashamed of!
