Vi dico solo che ho speso 400 euro in più di notaio(direte poco male è una tantum) e mi sono ritrovato una casa che anziché 1800 euro all'anno di spese di condominio ne costa 2500. Pagati 3600 euro di agenzia per avere NULLA, zero assistenza, zero servizi, spero che almeno i venditori siano contenti. Vi auguro che la casa dei Vostri sogni non sia in mano loro, buona fortuna!
I bought a house thanks to their gentlemen.
