★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al momento della stipula del contratto il titalare dell’imobiliare mi ha chiesto di consegnargli alcuno dodumenti riguardanti l’immobile che ho provveduto a recuperare. Per circa due mesi li ha lasciati giacenti sulle scale dell’immobile, dove ci siamo concordati di doverli lasciare. Gleli ho dovuto portare in ufficio. Gli ho consigliato di pubblicare il mio immobile sui siti internet ed ha fatto orecchio da mercante. Dopo due anni non mi ha presentato neanche un progetto di proposta di acquisto per cui ho deciso di disdire il contratto. Al momento della stipula mi ha chiesto un acconto sulle competenze di €100 che si è trattenuto adducendo che sono spese per il suo impegno.(quale impegno?) che non vuole restituire. Sconsiglio vivamente rivolgersi alla suddetta agenzia immobiliare chiunque volesse vendere immobili.
