★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In base alla mia esperienza sconsiglio l'acquisto di immobili da Immobiliare Elletre. Nell'appartamento che ho acquistato a Bosco di Rubano l'impianto di condizionamento centralizzato funziona malissimo, praticamente non va (solo per citare uno dei disservizi). Il titolare si è dimostrato inoltre ben poco disposto a risolvere il problema e ancora meno educato.
 Based on my experience, I advise against buying real estate from Immobiliare Elletre. In the apartment that I purchased in Bosco di Rubano, the central air conditioning system works badly, practically does not work (just to mention one of the inefficiencies). The owner also proved to be very unwilling to solve the problem and even less educated.
