L'unica agenzia che si rifiuta di presentare alla proprietà una proposta del.10% piú bassa della richiesta; aggiungendo poi che ci avrebbe richiamato se fosse rimasta invenduta. Io per fortuna ho trovato di meglio ma la casa é ancora invenduta e se fossi il proprietario due domande me le farei...
