L’ immobiliare Desideri e i suoi collaboratori mi hanno seguito per mettere un immobile in affitto, trovando l’inquilino adatto alle mie esigenze e soprattutto hanno curato tutta la fase contrattuale dalla A alla Z senza tralasciare nulla.
Inoltre da pochi giorni sono riusciti a portare a termine con grandissimo successo e soddisfazione una estenuante trattativa per acquistare un immobile in campagna seguendo me e la mia compagna per tutto il percorso burocratico che ne è conseguito.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho fatto due compravendite con l’Agenzia Desideri e mi sono trovato molto bene. Lo staff è preparato e competente, e mi ha aiutato a risolvere anche diverse problematiche. In particolare nell’ultima, sono stato seguito da Stefano, che con pazienza e disponibilità ha seguito la trattativa fra le parti, mediando fra le diverse necessità. Anche grazie a lui, sono state superati diversi ostacoli burocratici, salvaguardando gli interessi delle parti. Alla fine dell’iter sono soddisfatto del risultato ottenuto.
I made two trades with the Wish Agency and I found myself very well. The staff is trained and competent, and helped me to solve various problems as well. In particular in the last one, I was followed by Stefano, who patiently and willingly followed the negotiations between the parties, mediating between the different needs. Also thanks to him, various bureaucratic obstacles have been overcome, safeguarding the interests of the parties. At the end of the process, I am satisfied with the result obtained.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo essermi rivolto.ad altre agenzie senza alcun risultato , mi è stata consigliata l'agenzia Immobiliare Desideri per vendere e successivamente acquistare casa.
Ho dato 5 stelle perché è la valutazione che miritano per le professionalità (collaboratori e titolari) ,l'organizzazione commerciale (cosa che nelle altre agenzie non ho riscontrato), la conoscenza del mercato immobiliare e per finire la cortesia e disponibilità .
Addirittura durante la chiusura per Natale mi hanno dato la possibilità di formulare un 'offerta per un appartamento che poi ho acquistato. In questa agenzia il cliente è seguito passo passo, niente è lasciato al caso.
After having turned to other agencies to no avail, I was advised the real estate agency Desideri to sell and subsequently buy a house.
I gave 5 stars because it is the evaluation that they aim for the professionalism (collaborators and owners), the commercial organization (which I have not found in other agencies), the knowledge of the real estate market and finally the courtesy and availability.
Even during the closure for Christmas they gave me the opportunity to make an offer for an apartment that I then bought. In this agency the client is followed step by step, nothing is left to chance.
