★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo triste esperienza con Tempocasa di Giaveno, vedi opportuna recensione, ho realizzato il mio desiderio per acquisto di alloggio a contatto con la natura: aria, acqua ed ambiente meno contaminato! Grazie alla Sig.ra Claudia ed al di Lei Figlio, Andrea, ho portato a conclusione una trattativa nel rispetto di tutti i requisiti tecnici ed economici. Senza dimenticare il compenso per la mediazione ben più contenuto di ciò che ormai ti chiedono tutte le agenzie sotto contratto di franchising! Affidatevi a persone super professionali e dai compensi contenuti. Per recuperare circa 6.000€, per una trattativa fallata, ne sto spendendo altrettante in spese di giustizia!....quanta responsabilità da parte del mediatore di Tempocasa spero che emergerà nel prosieguo delle cause!
 After a sad experience with Tempocasa di Giaveno, see appropriate review, I realized my desire to purchase accommodation in contact with nature: air, water and a less contaminated environment! Thanks to Mrs. Claudia and her Son, Andrea, I have concluded a negotiation in compliance with all the technical and economic requirements. Without forgetting the fee for the mediation much lower than what all the agencies under franchising contracts now ask of you! Rely on super professional people with low remuneration. To recover about € 6,000, for a failed negotiation, I am spending the same amount on legal expenses! .... how much responsibility on the part of the Tempocasa mediator I hope that will emerge in the continuation of the cases!
