★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pur di affittare un alloggio non sono stati chiari riguardo a delle spese una volta terminato il contratto se ne sono lavati le mani incolpando il proprietario e inventando un sacco di scuse poco professionali non consiglio
While renting an accommodation they were not clear about the expenses once the contract was terminated they washed their hands of it blaming the owner and inventing a lot of unprofessional excuses I do not recommend

Mancanza totale di professionalità, storie inventate e arrampicate olimpiche sugli specchi per fare gli interessi di chi compra anziché di chi vende. Spesso ho vende deve abbandonare di fretta e furia la propria casa, traslocare in una settimana e accettare a forza proposte di contratto incomprensibili e disoneste. Si consiglia per tanto di vendere e di comprare con un avvocato e un geometra qualificato a portata di mano. Agenzia completamente attaccata ai soldi, interessata solo al compenso finale, disposta a fare carte false e inventare scuse e storielle pur di portare a casa il contratto e ingrassare con i soldi degli altri. Agenzia che specula sulle miserie e i punti deboli di chi compra e di chi vende, spesso anche criticando il lavoro di altri professionisti. Il valore della mia casa per tanto, risulta svalutata di 80mila euro. Non vendete e non affidatevi a questa agenzia per nessuna ragione al mondo. Non passate nemmeno nella via adiacente e non guardate nemmeno la vetrina. Agenzia che meriterebbe solo di pagare e di addirittura sparire dall'albo.
