Stefano Chiappori il mio agente di riferimento si è dimostrato molto attento e preparato ed è riuscito in soli due mesi a trovarmi l'acquirente. Hanno gestito tutte le fasi della vendita, dalla preparazione dell'annuncio fino alla sigla del preliminare dal notaio. Mi hanno seguito e consigliato al meglio. Lavorano in maniera innovativa e specializzata come una vera e propria azienda. Ogni persona all'interno dell'agenzia ha mansioni specifiche. L'ho notato subito sin dalla preparazione dell'annuncio di vendita. Hanno fatto un loro shooting forografico che ha valorizzato l'immobile ed hanno creato una preview ristretta della casa ad una cerchia di loro clienti potenzialmente affini alla tipologia di casa.
