Margherita helped us find the house according to our ideas. We went through several houses before we decided to buy one of them. She was very helpful and without her knowledge of English it would be very difficult. She helped us not only with finding the house but also with information about Italian regulations related to the transfer of real estate and, of course, with its transfer. Thanks.

Margherita Licata guided us through non only closing on the house, but after that helping us from finding workers to renovate, opening a bank account, contracting services such as electricity among many other requirements to be able to make our new house livable. We now have a piece of Sambuca and we are extremely grateful to Margherita.. she goes far and beyond. And she speaks English!
