★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prima di tutto: il titolare, Massimo, è una persona sinceramente cordiale ed educatissima. Paziente fino all’inverosimile, mai arrogante o sfacciato.
Con l’agente immobiliare si instaura un rapporto particolare e ‘delicato’: entra in casa tua e (più o meno) viene a conoscenza di notizie private ed intime. Dopo la nostra esperienza, non riusciamo ad immaginare persona più adatta allo scopo del Sig. Abbriano.
Educatissimo, dicevo: non ho mai conosciuto una persona che, durante le visite, passasse attorno ai tappeti! È un gesto di grandissimo rispetto, che tradisce la natura della persona di cui sto parlando.
Professionalmente è preparatissimo: la nostra non è stata una semplice vendita, tuttavia il Sig. Abbriano è riuscito a soddisfare la nostra particolare esigenza senza troppa ‘sofferenza’. Perché si, la vendita di una casa dove si è vissuti per 40 anni non è un’operazione indolore. E, quantomeno, si spera che gli acquirenti siano persone che continueranno ad amarla. Tutto ciò si è pienamente realizzato.

First of all: the owner, Massimo, is a sincerely friendly and highly educated person. Unlikely patient, never arrogant or cheeky.
A particular and 'delicate' relationship is established with the real estate agent: he enters your home and (more or less) becomes aware of private and intimate news. After our experience, we cannot imagine a person more suitable for the purpose of Mr. Abbriano.
Very polite, I said: I have never met a person who, during visits, passed around the carpets! It is a gesture of great respect, which betrays the nature of the person I am talking about.
Professionally he is very well prepared: ours was not a simple sale, however Mr. Abbriano managed to satisfy our particular need without too much 'suffering'. Because yes, the sale of a house where you lived for 40 years is not a painless operation. And, at least, it is hoped that the buyers are people who will continue to love her. All this has been fully realized.
