Mancanza di serietà.
 Agency with little professionalism and not very reliable. They offer you leases with absurd clauses and when you point out that you are informed about the real obligations of the tenant, they respond by saying that the apartment is no longer available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nach meiner Erfahrung setzt der Verwalter seine fachlichen Kompetenzen dafür ein, um beste Lösungen und Wege für die Realisierung der Anliegen der Mehrheit im Kondominium zu finden, und zwar ohne Rücksicht auf die Bedarfe und Rechte der Minderheit, dazu zählen auch Menschen mit Behinderung, Rollstuhlfahrer. Diesen bleibt nur noch die Wahl, aus ihrer Eigentumswohnung auszuziehen. Traurig, aber wahr!!!
In my experience, the manager uses his professional skills to find the best solutions and ways to realize the concerns of the majority in the condominium, regardless of the needs and rights of the minority, including people with disabilities, wheelchair users. The only choice left to them is to move out of their condominium. Sad but true!!!
