Dopo 4 ore che sono sta lì, sono stata costretta a uscire senza taglio e messa in piega.
Per tutta risposta invece delle scuse ho avuto una ricevuta dove mi si è chiesto di pagare anche la messa in piega.
Alle mie rimostranze ha detto che la messa in piega si paga dal momento che cominci qualsiasi cosa nel salone.
Ho fatto notare che ha favorito una cliente rispetto a me ed altre 2 in fila (una prediletta immagino) e invece di scusarsi..... Mi ha risposto che potevo dirlo. Peccato per la lavorante bravissima e instancabile, a mio parere sfruttata e maltrattata.
In quelle 4 ore ho potuto anche assistere come ha trattato male una potenziale giovane cliente(forse perché indossava il velo) che chiedeva solo un consiglio su un lavoro che avrebbe voluto fare.
Da evitare se cercate un posto rilassante e accogliente.

After 4 hours of being there, I was forced to go out without cutting and styling.
In response, instead of an apology, I received a receipt asking me to pay the styling fee.
To my complaints he said that the styling is paid for as soon as you start anything in the salon.
I pointed out that he favored a client compared to me and other 2 in a row (I imagine a favorite) and instead of apologizing ..... He replied that I could say it. Too bad for the skilled and tireless worker, in my opinion exploited and abused.
In those 4 hours I was also able to see how he treated a potential young client badly (perhaps because he was wearing a veil) who only asked for advice on a job he wanted to do.
Avoid if you want a relaxing, friendly place.
