Premetto che abito al piano terra con giardino e che avevo pagato profumatamente il trasporto della merce, oltre che già saldato l'intera fornitura. Stamani mi hanno consegnato le porte ma anziché scaricarle dal camion hanno preteso che io mandassi un operaio, minacciando di andarsene senza scaricare. Nessuno mi aveva avvertita di questa incombenza. Il ragazzo delle consegne se ne stava beatamente sul camion giocando col cellulare asserendo che non fosse suo compito quello di scaricare. Fortuna ha voluto che un nostro pittore si prestasse gratuitamente a sobbarcarsi tutto lo scarico merce. Questa è l'attenzione al cliente che offre questa azienda. Nel pomeriggio hanno provato a giustificarsi maldestramente asserendo che io avevo pagato solo il trasporto e non lo scarico. Le domande sono: secondo voi, da donna, avrei dovuto provvedere personalmente a scaricare il camion? Mi ha forse avvertita qualcuno di questa procedura? Si tratta in questo modo un cliente? Le risposte le lascio al buon senso di coloro che leggeranno questa recensione, così come la valutazione di una azienda del genere! This morning they gave me the doors but instead of unloading them from the truck they demanded that I send a worker, threatening to leave without unloading. No one had warned me of this task. The delivery boy was blissfully sitting on the truck playing with his cell phone and asserting that it was not his job to unload. Fortuna wanted one of our painters to lend himself free of charge to undertake all the unloading of goods. This is the customer focus that this company offers. In the afternoon they tried to justify themselves clumsily by asserting that I had only paid for the transport and not the unloading. The questions are: do you think, as a woman, I should have personally unloaded the truck? Did someone warn me about this procedure? Is this how you treat a customer? I leave the answers to the common sense of those who read this review, as well as the evaluation of such a company!
