While notifying them at short notice of my time requirements, given the enormous amount of work they have, we were able to finish the works within the time established by the contract. I BELIEVE IT IS ONE OF THE BEST COMPANIES THERE. Not recommended more +++.

Florio e dal suo staff in tutte le fasi della ristrutturazione, dal preventivo alla consegna. Nonostante alcuni imprevisti e l'emergenza covid-19 non hanno tardato di un solo giorno rispetto alla data di consegna prevista. Consigliatissimi! My husband and I were very satisfied to have turned to IMEF srl. We have been followed with professionalism and seriousness by the Geom. Florio and his staff at all stages of the renovation, from the estimate to delivery. Despite some unforeseen events and the covid-19 emergency, they did not delay by a single day compared to the expected delivery date. Highly recommended!

Un architetto ha personalmente seguito tutti i lavori di ristrutturazione assicurando la puntuale esecuzione dei lavori commissionati. Li ho chiamati per una ristrutturazione di un appartamento con terrazzo al secondo piano (avevo anche un'infiltrazione che da anni non riuscivamo a risolvere). Si sono dimostrati molto competenti e disponibili (mi hanno fatto diversi preventivi in base alle varie tipologie di intervento possibili). Lavoro fatto a regola d'arte e prezzi onesti. Professional and competent. An architect personally supervised all the renovations ensuring the timely execution of the commissioned works. I called them for a renovation of an apartment with a terrace on the second floor (I also had an infiltration that we had not been able to solve for years). They proved to be very competent and available (they made me different estimates based on the various types of possible intervention). Work done in a workmanlike manner and honest prices.
