Intervenuti su un generatore di vapore (bagno turco) nella persona del proprio tecnico Luigi, di cui dicono di essere assistenza autorizzata, problema non risolto, pretesa di pagamento nonostante il generatore di vapore lasciato guasto, per la modica cifra di 400 euro, poi risolto con 80 euro da un'altro tecnico. Non finisce qui, danno colpa ad una scheda di gestione elettronica, preventivo? 370 euro!!, scheda messa in commercio a 170 euro poi non risultata guasta. A parte il preventivo della scheda (da noi accettata per disperazione nonostante il costo a pari di un lingotto di oro) non sono mai più intervenuti nonostante i solleciti, lasciando la struttura in balia delle onde, con 400 euro letteralmente estorti per non dire altro,ovviamente citazione legale nonché informato l'azienda Glass di questi Signori che vanno in giro ad approfittare della buona fede e necessità delle strutture ricettive, oltre ad avere prezzi a limite dell'incomprensibile,un mix tra estorsione (per via di un listino interventi tutto personalizzato),e una truffa (perché ovviamente tutto il corrispettivo viene versato in contanti e di fatture non se ne discute nemmeno lontanamente (ovviamente saranno informati gli organi competenti, tutto esentasse insomma), un consiglio? diffidare a spada tratta da questi Signori!. Apart from the estimate of the card (which we accepted out of desperation despite the equal cost of a gold bar) they never intervened again despite the reminders, leaving the structure at the mercy of the waves, with 400 euros literally extorted to say the least, obviously legal summons and informed the Glass company of these gentlemen who go around to take advantage of the good faith and needs of the accommodation facilities, as well as having prices at the limit of the incomprehensible, a mix of extortion (due to a completely personalized intervention list ), and a scam (because obviously all the consideration is paid in cash and invoices are not even remotely discussed (obviously the competent bodies will be informed, in short, everything is tax-free), a piece of advice?
