terrible experience on the Gardone-Toscolano line (Lake Garda). ferry 10 minutes late for the outward journey, 1 minutes early for the return journey. it left under our noses. no refund, no solution offered, next ferry after two hours and non-existent ground services, being Sunday. A real disaster

β β β β β Conveniently situated by the Grand Hotel Gardone for buying ferry tickets. Can be a bit of a queue, but note that you can also buy tickets in the travel office directly next to this.
