Ci siamo fidati sulla parola, ma non e' stato abbastanza .Quando ci sono dei problemi, sull'auto, nel nostro caso comprata usata e' quasi impossibile avere un interlocutore , avere quell'attenzione che viene promossa nel momento in cui acquisti.Mai fidarsi della parola. Meno di un mese dopo si è verificato un problema con la frizione che si è progressivamente indurita e ha cominciato a staccare solo a fine corsa. Dopo una prova veloce, il titolare ha detto che secondo lui il problema non era urgente, e mi ha inviato un preventivo di €965 per la sostituzione della frizione. Il 12/1/17 ho risposto alla mail chiedendo in che percentuale il costo fosse coperto da garanzia, senza ricevere alcun riscontro. Nel frattempo la situazione è peggiorata e l'auto è diventata utilizzabile solo in condizioni di scarso traffico. Il 9/2/17 ho telefonato per chiarimenti e la persona al telefono ha detto di non aver mai ricevuto la mia mail. L'ho quindi inviata nuovamente il giorno stesso chiedendo conferma di ricezione, che è arrivata pochi minuti dopo. Da quel giorno non ho più avuto loro notizie. Dopo un lungo periodo in cui il veicolo è stato utilizzato solo occasionalmente e con difficoltà mi sono dovuto rassegnare a sostituire la frizione a mie spese. Ho quindi contattato un'officina autorizzata che mi ha fornito un preventivo del 30% più economico di quello di Imarisio. Mi sento quindi di sconsigliare questo rivenditore per la sua evidente mancanza di professionalità e soprattutto di educazione. Ignorare le comunicazioni di un cliente che ha pagato puntualmente diverse migliaia di euro non rende certo onore a un commerciante. I bought a used car from Imarisio in November 2016. Da quando l'abbiamo comprata l'abbiamo portata 2 volte da lui per problemi di perdita d'olio mai risolti. Dopo 1 anno scaduta garanzia decidiamo di portarla da nostro meccanico di fiducia. Dopo un analisi i contatta e ci dice che la macchina perde olio ovunque e che bisogna fare lavori per 2.000euro. Davvero complimenti sconsiglio di comprare e portare macchine da lui Ladro!! Con mio marito avevano concordato la sostituzione del olio del cambio automatico . Ci avevano assicurato che lo facevano, che avevano fatto la sostituzione del olio del cambio e quello del motore. Siccome mio marito ci capisce di macchine mi diceva: guarda che la sostituzione del olio al cambio non lo hanno fatto , la macchina ha degli scossoni non la sento bene. Non mi fido. alla fine l' abbiamo portata alla Fiat. Il meccanico ha controllato e l'olio del cambio automatico faceva schifo: è marrone, sporco. Secondo il meccanico è stato riciclato. Non solo la macchina ha altri problemi , perde gasolio e oggi 3 agosto c'era puzza di bruciato speriamo che non sia niente di grave.
