Ho ordinato una madia fuori misura e mi è stato consegnato standard, un pensile da salotto invece di una base e infine un tavolo da 80 invece da 75. Mi chiedo come possa succedere e come fa un azienda di quel genere ad essere ancora aperta. Pessima, pessima, pessima Spero che riesco a risolvere nel 2019. Il mio ordine è stato fatto a CONFORAMA di Trezzano sul naviglio. I loro montatori sono già venuti 4 volte e in un anno ancora non sono riusciti a completare il montaggio della cucina grazie a l’incompetenza loro e vostra nel mandare il residuo dell’ordine 7002636. Dovete solo VERGOGNARVI!!!!! Non acquisterò mai più merce fornita da voi e dal rivenditore Conforama. In complesso le finiture sono buone e comunque abbiamo a disposizione una vasta scelta. Trovo strano 9mesi che aspetti una cucina, la mancanza di cataloghi e tutte le strane cose che ho letto sui post, concordo con la mancanza di alcune ferramenta che impedisce la conclusione del montaggio (questo succede con la zona notte, mentre con le cucine raro manchi qualcosa) . Conosco tantissimi clienti che scelgono Imab per arredare le case dei propri clienti e sono soddisfatti. Quando ci sono stati problemi Imab ha sempre risolto il problema. Devo però riconoscere che il montaggio sia complesso e deve essere eseguito da personale specializzato per evitare eventuali danni. Pour rappel : - Le plan de travail de l’îlot central est trop court par rapport aux caissons qui le soutiennent - Manquement d’un tiroir sur le casserolier sous la plaque de cuisson (arrivé avec une façade fixe au lieu d’un tiroir) - Pas spot intégré, ni d’étagère sur les 3 meubles hauts - Le fileur positionné au dessous des colonnes est trop court (32cm au lieu de 35 sur le devis) - Pas assez de plinthes pour le tour des meubles, aucune plinthe d’angle (6 angles comptés sur la cuisine) Le jour même vous nous avez informés que vous faisiez un S.A.V concernant toutes les malfaçons de notre cuisine. Vous nous avez confirmé, par la suite, que les meubles et pièces non conformes nous seraient re-fabriqués et livrés sans frais supplémentaire entre fin octobre et début novembre. Ho acquistato una parete attrezzata, in fase di montaggio hanno fatto una serie di fori errati che hanno coperto di nascosto con dei bollini! I pensili sono stati montati storti e il meccanismo push pull si sgancia di continuo e la calamita resta incastrata. Ho acquistato da Grancasa, sto aspettando da mesi che vengano a cambiare il pannello ma non ho risposte. Avrei dovuto acquistare altri mobili per la sala in linea con la parete attrezzata ma Grancasa non ha più questo fornitore, forse mi conviene, vista la scarsa qualità, buttare via la parete appena acquistata e ricominciare da capo. La sera dopo il montaggio i perni della rete hanno ceduto ed il truciolare sul quale erano avvitati, si è sbriciolato. Un mese dopo è caduta un anta dell'armadio a ponte, stesso motivo. Materiale di truciolato non riesce a reggere il peso dell'anta. Mia figlia fortunatamente non era sotto. Stessa cosa succede x altro letto, e mi cade la rete. Ne ho altre, mamifermo qui.
