Personale accogliente e cortese. Il problema è il posteggio per le auto, anche se difronte al negozio c è un piccolo spazio per i clienti.
Nice shop that sets it apart from many others. Assortment of chandeliers, wall lamps, table lamps and floor lamps. Unique items, not for all budgets. Welcoming and courteous staff. The problem is the parking space for cars, even if there is a small space in front of the shop for customers.

Ho acquistato, a fronte di un progetto eseguito con dei professionisti, due lampade Artemide, di cui una necessitava di un'estensione per un posizionamento diverso rispetto al punto luce esistente. Ciò ha comportato l'acquisto di prodotti aggiuntivi, che durante l'installazione si sono rivelati inutili. Inoltre, la consegna e il caricamento di entrambe le lampade sono state a carico nostro, senza alcun aiuto. Nonostante ciò, siamo tornati per vedere un'altra lampada: siamo entrati nei locali alle 18 e 20 circa per poi essere serviti intorno alle 19 e 20, visto l'orario ci hanno liquidato in 5 minuti. Consiglio in futuro di avvertire le persone in attesa qualora occorra un appuntamento ad hoc. Inutile dire che non ci sarà un futuro acquisto.
Inadequate service for the products sold.
I purchased two Artemide lamps, one of which needed an extension for a different positioning compared to the existing light point, in the face of a project carried out with professionals. This resulted in the purchase of additional products, which turned out to be useless during installation. Also, the delivery and loading of both lamps were our responsibility, without any help. Despite this, we returned to see another lamp: we entered the premises at around 6.20pm and were served around 7.20pm, given the time we were cleared in 5 minutes. I recommend in the future to warn waiting people if an ad hoc appointment is needed. It goes without saying that there will be no future purchase.
