Eccellente servizio, professionalità e cortesia ineccepibili. Genny, con il suo staff, impeccabile, è riuscita a gestire complesse situazioni verificatesi con una maestria impareggiabile. Ci siamo lasciati coccolare dalle loro attenzioni e tutti gli ospiti sono rimasti estasiati oltre che dalla location, dalla qualità e quantità del cibo servito con cura strepitosa nei dettagli. Ringraziamo per averci regalato ... un sogno ... nel sogno. ..the choice of Il Veliero as catering for Daniele and Federica's wedding (20 June 2021) turned out to be the best that could be done. Excellent service, professionalism and impeccable courtesy. Genny, with her impeccable staff, managed to manage complex situations that occurred with unparalleled mastery. We let ourselves be pampered by their attention and all the guests were delighted not only by the location, but also by the quality and quantity of the food served with amazing attention to detail. Dei tre, due coppie di sposi erano proprio miei amici ed entrambi mi hanno detto che la titolare è sempre molto attenta a soddisfare ogni desiderio e che ha reso loro la giornata davvero indimenticabile. Io personalmente posso dirvi che da mangiare c'è n'era e tanto. I have been to three weddings made by them, I have always eaten and drunk until I burst. Genny e il suo staff molto disponibili, presenti e attenti ad ogni dettaglio dal cibo ovviamente, all'allestimento delle sale con con fiori e bouquet. Le parole sono superflue, poiché non ne esistono per dare abbastanza merito a Genny e a tutto il suo staff! Strepitosi dall'inizio dell'evento fino alla fine! Fin dal primo incontro con Genny non abbiamo avuto alcun dubbio sulla realizzazione perfetta del nostro ricevimento. Dopo un rinvio causa emergenza sanitaria, sì sono aggiunte altre idee sullo svolgimento della giornata e Genny ha sempre prontamente accolto le nostre richieste analizzandole insieme. Ma il fatto più commuovente e soddisfacente è quando nei giorni e settimane seguenti i tuoi parenti, amici o colleghi che siano, ti dicano più di una volta quanto sia stato bello, come è stata allestita qualsiasi cosa, come ad esempio tavoli buffet, composizioni e tutto il resto, e soprattutto quanto il tutto sia stato buono e appagante per il palato! Perché un conto è se lo diciamo solamente noi sposi, poiché potrebbe essere una valutazione puramente soggettiva, un'altro conto è se te lo dicono più di 100 persone! MERAVIGLIA!!! Words are superfluous, as none exist to give enough credit to Genny and all his staff! Amazing from the start of the event to the end! From the first meeting with Genny we had no doubts about the perfect realization of our reception. After a postponement due to a health emergency, other ideas were added on the course of the day and Genny always promptly accepted our requests by analyzing them together. But the most moving and satisfying fact is when in the following days and weeks your relatives, friends or colleagues, tell you more than once how beautiful it was, how everything was set up, such as buffet tables, compositions and everything else, and above all how good and satisfying everything was for the palate! Con la guida, i consigli, le “dritte” e la presenza costante di Genny e di tutto il suo staff, dai primi preparativi al giorno dell’evento, il ricevimento del nostro matrimonio è stato spettacolare ?; Genny un angelo custode, capace di risolvere qualsiasi cosa, dai ritardi di noi sposi sulla tabella di marcia, alla cura del minimo dettaglio. Buffet e pranzo stratosferici, composizione e taglio della torta magnifici, buffet serale da urlo! Che dire, dopo due rinvii causa covid, è riuscita a rendere il nostro giorno indelebile, da sogno, facendoci ricevere i complimenti da ogni invitato!❤️ 5 stelle perchè di più non se ne possono mettere! Genny si è resa molto disponibile, ci ha consigliato, ci ha tranquillizzato e ci ha aiutato a rendere questo giorno indimenticabile. Gli invitati sono stati tutti soddisfatti, il cibo era ottimo ed il personale era gentilissimo, disponibile e professionale. Organizzazione e timing di tutta la giornata veramente oltre ogni aspettativa; cibo vario, presentato in maniera personalizzata e lodato da tutti gli invitati; personale di servizio sala altamente professionale e discreto. Anche gli allestimenti sono stati personalizzati in base ai nostri gusti e portati e disposti dal catering stesso. Ottima coordinazione con gli altri fornitori dell'evento e grande autonomia durante la giornata in modo tale che noi sposi abbiamo potuto concentrarci nel goderci il nostro festeggiamento. Ringrazio inoltre Genny per averci trovato una stanza dove dormire in piena notte. Heartfelt congratulations! We collaborated with Il Veliero for the organization of our wedding. Organization and timing of the whole day truly beyond all expectations; varied food, presented in a personalized way and praised by all the guests; highly professional and discreet room service staff. Even the arrangements have been customized according to our tastes and brought and arranged by the catering itself. Excellent coordination with the other suppliers of the event and great autonomy during the day so that we spouses could concentrate on enjoying our celebration. I also thank Genny for finding us a room to sleep in in the middle of the night.
