E	Elena S. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo il personale in profumeria non è più come qualche anno,se una volta di consigliavano o suggerivano i prodotti ora non c'è professionalità e voglia di vendere o proporre alternative al prodotto ricercato.. mi era già capitato qualche mese fa e in questi giorni ne ho avuto la conferma,oltre a far passare davanti altre persone, c e stato un totale menefreghismo nel soddisfare il cliente e disinteresse nel proporre un eventuale alternativa al prodotto cercato che al momento era terminato .. tant è che avrei dovuto acquistare anche altri prodotti ma visto il trattamento e l atteggiamento superficiale mi sono rivolta altrove..peccato perché ci sono dei prodotti molti validi sia per qualità che per prezzo Unfortunately the staff in the perfumery is no longer like a few years, if once they advised or suggested the products now there is no professionalism and desire to sell or propose alternatives to the sought-after product .. it had already happened to me a few months ago and in these days I had confirmation of this, in addition to letting other people pass in front of them, there was a total indifference in satisfying the customer and disinterest in proposing a possible alternative to the product sought that at the time was finished .. so much so that I would have had to buy other products too but given the treatment and the superficial attitude, I turned elsewhere .. pity because there are many products that are valid both for quality and price

There is a huge selection of products to choose from. The cosmetics counter has well trained ladies available to assist with recommendations of appropriate products for ur particular needs. Sales are consistently good. I love this store.
