Se invece cercate il gusto ricercato sulle basi della vecchia cucina di una volta, siete nel posto giusto. Ogni pietanza assaggiata è stata una festa di sapori, antichi ricordi e ritorno ai prodotti della terra, quelli genuini. È raro ormai trovate posto dove si mangi così bene. Antonio, il padrone di casa, è persona affabile è disponibile, oltre che efficiente e puntuale. I prezzi sono corretti, tendenti al basso, la qualità è oltre l'immaginabile. Arrivarci non è agevole, ma ne vale sicuramente la pena. Da tornarci ogni volta che si può. Antonio, the landlord, is affable and available, as well as efficient and punctual. The prices are correct, tending to low, the quality is beyond imaginable. Tutto cucinato con cura e nel pieno rispetto dei sapori nostrani, per non parlare del vino rosso, stupefacente nel vero senso della parola? un aglianico incredibile. Complimenti ragazzi continuate così. We were at the Press for a long and pleasant baptismal lunch and we ate very well ... A simple but genuine and exquisite cuisine ...
