Puntualmente, una sola ora prima dell'appuntamento previsto, venivo avvisata che per motivi di salute, ora dell'uno ora dell'altro componente della famiglia, era necessario rinviare. Sono stata così comprensiva che è scaduto il coupon! Mi era stato detto che sarebbe stato rinnovato ma così non è stato. All'ennesimo annullamento degli appuntamenti, tipo il quinto, ho richiesto spiegazioni ma non più ricevuto risposta. Ho così provato a chiedere il rimborso su Groupon ma per politica interna non si effettuano rimborsi su coupon scaduti. L'ho poi ottenuto IN VIA ECCEZIONALE solo perché ho dato prova del fatto che non fosse stata una mia responsabilità. Quindi attenzione: nessuna serietà, vivamente sconsigliato.
