I had heard so much about Ayurvedic treatments but had never had the opportunity to experience them. The meeting with "Il tempio di Marugan" and the professionalism of Alberto Orlandi allowed me to get in touch with myself in a totally new way and to increase my psycho-physical well-being in a short time. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato al Tempio Murugan di Alberto nel mese di maggio 2019 e ho scelto di fare un ciclo di tre trattamenti "Shirodhara". Questo trattamento consiste in un piacevolissimo massaggio praticato su tutto il corpo con olii essenziali che favorisce un pieno e completo rilassamento dei muscoli e della mente e termina con un gradevolissimo flusso di olio caldo sulla fronte che scivola su tutta la testa e che da una incredibile sensazione di pace. Alberto è un ottimo professionista e mette grandissima passione in quello che fa. Attribuisce molta importanza non solo al trattamento in sé ma anche alla capacità di ascoltare le esigenze di chi ha di fronte riuscendo a mettere chiunque a proprio agio.
I went to Alberto's Murugan Temple in May 2019 and chose to do a cycle of three "Shirodhara" treatments. This treatment consists of a very pleasant massage performed on the whole body with essential oils that favors a full and complete relaxation of the muscles and the mind and ends with a very pleasant flow of warm oil on the forehead that slips over the whole head and gives an incredible sensation of peace. Alberto is an excellent professional and puts great passion into what he does. It attaches a lot of importance not only to the treatment itself but also to the ability to listen to the needs of those in front of it, managing to put anyone at ease.
