Sono stata in questo centro per fare una permanente. Mi sono raccomandata più volte che volevo un sostegno e che non volevo assolutamente una permanente riccia. Sembrava che il messaggio fosse arrivato, ma quando sono uscita da quel salone mi sono vista subito troppo riccia. La commessa mi ha rassicurata dicendomi che poi dopo il primo lavaggio sarebbe diventata molto più morbida. Ad oggi ad un mese di distanza continuo ad avere i capelli troppo ricci. Hanno fatto come sempre di testa loro non ascoltando le richieste dei clienti. Mai più.

I went to this center for a perm. I have advised myself several times that I wanted support and that I absolutely did not want a curly perm. It seemed that the message had arrived, but when I left that salon I immediately saw myself too curly. The saleswoman reassured me by telling me that after the first wash it would become much softer. To date, a month later, I still have too much curly hair. As always, they did their own thing by not listening to customer requests. Never again.
