Se ci fossero state 10 stelle ne avrei date 10! :-) The original arrosticini of the Lord of the Sheep! Yummy and highly recommended! The other types of meat, sheep, veal sausages etc. are also excellent! If there had been 10 stars I would have given 10! :-)

Tutto per preparare una grigliata: la carne, il carbone, il tagliere per servire le pietanze, ma anche salse e prodotti tipici locali. Sono passato in un orario impossibile (tardissimo per il pranzo, troppo presto per la cena) e la gentilissima persona che si è presa cura di me (titolare? non so, ma il servizio è stato quello di chi ci tiene davvero a quello che fa) ha preparato in un attimo un tagliere con tre tip particolari di salsiccia (fegato, peperoncino dolce, tartufo) e due formaggi, il tutto accompagnato da biscottini dolci per dessert. Avanzavano alcuni biscotti e mi sono stati consegnati per l'asporto. Prezzo onestissimo. Locale raccomandato. A stone's throw from the sea, in Viale Europa in Montesilvano. Small room with a couple of tables outside. Everything to prepare a barbecue: meat, charcoal, the cutting board to serve the dishes, but also sauces and typical local products. I passed in an impossible time (very late for lunch, too early for dinner) and the very kind person who took care of me (owner? I don't know, but the service was that of those who really care about what they do ) quickly prepared a cutting board with three particular tips of sausage (liver, sweet pepper, truffle) and two cheeses, all accompanied by sweet biscuits for dessert. There were some cookies left over and they were delivered to me for take away. Very honest price. Local recommended.
