Ci sono tornato e ci ritornerei. Il servizio molto curato e le pietanze davvero molto buone.. Un'ottima scelta di vini. La disponibilità del servizio era alta nonostante il numero elevato di persone... Riuscivano bene a gestire e a non causare i rallentamenti eccessivi tipici di queste ricorrenze... Forse poco di strada... Bisogna conoscerlo per raggiungerlo, suggerirei maggiore pubblicità. Di solito ci penso un po' quando devo dare 5 stelle (pallini), ma per il Sarago non ho avuto alcun dubbio. Abbiamo iniziato un buonissimo antipasto composto da: insalata di mare, salmone marinato e servito su un letto di ananas, carpaccio di pesce spada e cocktail di gamberi. Poi un doppio primo: un risotto allo scoglio e fusilli allo spada con melanzane e menta. Per secondo spigola al pistacchio e un centrotavola di frittura mista, asciutta e per nulla pesante. Cena accompagnata da un ottimo rosè Terre Lontane tenuta Iuzzolini... Il tutto per 28 euro, prezzo che di solito spendo altrove per pizza, birra, patatine e dessert. Servizio da sottolineare per la gentilezza e la cortesia della signora Angela. Davvero complimenti...
