Non sapevo da dove iniziare quindi ho optato per un assaggio (2 etti ?) di porchetta. Beh, sono tornato con la memoria a quando mi mangiavo i panini con la porchetta dei camioncini lungo la strada!! Vi siete appena fatti un cliente fisso!!! I discovered this corner of paradise by accident. I am Umbrian and when I read “Umbrian specialties” it seemed my duty to try. I didn't know where to start so I opted for a taste (2 ounces ?) of porchetta. Well, my memory goes back to when I ate the sandwiches with the porchetta of the trucks along the road !! You have just made yourself a regular customer !!!

All'interno ci sono 2 tavoli per la consumazione. I prezzi medio alti. Personale cortese e simpatico. Platters of good quality cold cuts and cheeses, stuffed sandwiches and wines. Abbiamo preso diversi cicchetti accompagnandoli con del Morellino di Scansano e con del Grechetto. Tutto decisamente sublime. Il personale, poi, è stato capace di mettere tutti a proprio agio con delicata simpatia, tanta professionalità e gentilezza. Decisamente consigliato. I had the pleasure of enjoying an amazing aperitif based on cicchetti and excellent wine, in this fantastic place. The products offered are of the highest quality. We took several cicchetti accompanying them with del Morellino di Scansano and with Grechetto. All decidedly sublime. The staff, then, was able to put everyone at ease with delicate sympathy, a lot of professionalism and kindness. Definitely recommended.
