★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo sono costretta a mettere una stella ma se potessi metterei 0! Abbiamo spedito il robot in fiducia per la riparazione presso l'attivita pur non essendo di Vittoria! Dopo varie telefonate da parte nostra per sapere sempre a che punto fosse la riparazione ci dicevano sempre che stavano cercando il pezzo da cambiare e che l'indomani ci facevano sapere...ma la loro telefonata non è mai arrivata! E'andata avanti cosi per più di un mese alla fine il robot è tornato a casa sempre guasto!Abbiamo dovuto pagare pure le spese di spedizione inutili! Abbiamo perso solo tempo! Lo sconsiglio! A distanza di tempo Riscrivo perché voglio fare sapere a tutti la nostra avventura! Il signor Fontanella dice di non poter fare miracoli che solo il grande Dio può fare! Quando il robot ci è stato restituito abbiamo trovato qui nella zona nostra un signore super professionale che in meno di una settimana ci ha restituito il robot funzionante come riportato nel video! Bastava semplicemente aprire il robot e vedere che problemi aveva! Quindi se non volete rovinare una piscina nel tempo che vi fa perdere velo sconsiglio davvero!
Unfortunately I am forced to put a star but if I could I would put 0! We sent the robot in confidence for repair at the business even though it was not Vittoria's! After several phone calls from us to always know at what point the repair was, they always told us that they were looking for the piece to be changed and that the next day they let us know ... but their phone call never arrived! It went on like this for more than a month at the end the robot came home always broken! We also had to pay the unnecessary shipping costs! We just wasted time! I do not recommend it! After some time I rewrite because I want to let everyone know about our adventure! Mr. Fontanella says he cannot work miracles that only the great God can do! When the robot was returned to us we found here in our area a super professional man who in less than a week returned the working robot to us as shown in the video! Just open the robot and see what problems it had! So if you don't want to ruin a pool over time that makes you lose your veil, I really don't recommend!
